Kreu i LSI, Ilir Meta ka lajmëruar, se ditën e hënë ne 11 qershor vendi do te ketë presidentin e ri.
Menjëherë pas dështimit te raundit te trete te votimit për kreun e shtetit, kreu i LSI, Meta ka deklaruar, se maxhoranca është e hapur për propozimet e PS, por ne rast se ato mungojnë, koalicioni qeverisës, do ta zgjedhe me 71 vota presidentin ne raundin e 4. Meta ka theksuar se nuk do te ketë kandidatura politike ne raundin e 4. Sipas Metes maxhoranca i dha opozitës te gjitha mundësitë për konsensus dhe tashme përgjegjësia i mbetet PS. Deklaratat e Metes u bene para se te mësohej tërheqja e Zaganjorit nga gara.
Top of SMI, Ilir Meta has announced that on Monday the 11 June the country will have a new president.
Immediately after the failure of the third round of voting for head of state, head of SMI, Meta said that the majority is open to proposals of SP, but in case they are missing, the ruling coalition will choose the president 71 votes in round 4. Meta said that there would be political candidates in round 4. According to Meta opposition majority gave all the possibilities for consensus and responsibility now rests with SP.
