Ka marre një tjetër zhvillim seanca gjyqësore e procesit ku po shqyrtohet padia për shpifje e dy fëmijëve te kryeministrit Argita dhe Shkëlzen Berisha ndaj deputeti socialist Sajmir Tahiri. Vendimi i një seance me pare i gjykatës e cila vendosi te mbylle shqyrtimin gjyqësor megjithëse deputeti kishte kërkuar shtyrjen e saj, ka ngjallur reagimin e deputetit dhe te disa socialisteve te tjerë, te cilët kane zhvilluar një proteste para Gjykatës se Tiranes. Ndërkohë, ne salle, ku ishin te pranishëm edhe shume deputete te majte, deputeti Tahiri kërkoi nga Gjykata riçeljen e procesit me argumentin se do te paraqiste provat për te vërtetuar se fëmijët e kryeministrit janë te korruptuar. Por kjo kërkesë u kundërshtua nga pala paditëse, avokati i te cilës tha se gjykata ishte shprehur njëherë për këtë çështje. Ne këto kushte Gjykata vendosi te shtyje seancën për ne 11 qershor ku do te vendose nëse do te pranoje apo jo kërkesën e Tahirit. Pas seancës, deputeti Tahiri deklaroi se pavarësisht vendimit te gjykatës do te gjeje mundësinë t'i paraqiste te gjitha provat për te vërtetuar deklaratat e tij ne adrese te fëmijëve te kryeministrit.
Another development has received a court hearing where the process is pending lawsuit for defamation of two of the prime Argita Shkelzen Berisha against the socialist deputy Saimir Tahiri. The decision of a hearing before the court which decided to close the trial even though the deputy had requested its postponement, has sparked the reaction of MP and some other Socialists, who have held a protest before the Court of Tirana. Meanwhile, in the hall, where were present many deputies left, deputy Tahiri asked the Court reopening the process, arguing that it will present evidence to prove that children are corrupt prime minister. But this request was rejected by the plaintiff, whose lawyer said the court was expressed again on this issue. The Court decided to postpone the hearing for June 11 which will decide whether to accept or not the application of Tahir. After the hearing, Deputy Tahiri said that despite the decision of the court will find the opportunity to present all evidence to prove his statements addressed to the prime minister's children.
