Situata ne veri është e tensionuar pasi një ushtar i KFOR-it dhe tre serbe lokale janë plagosur gjate përplasjes se tyre ne Ruadre, pasi KFOR kishte nisur ne mëngjes aksionin për te larguar barrikadat atje. Trupat italiane, gjermane dhe portugeze kane mundur te largojnë vetëm bllokadën ne fshatin Boletin, ndërkohë ne rrugën Zvecan-Rudare, ata kane hasur pengesën e te paktën 300 protestuesve serbe. Tubuesit kane goditur me gurë trupat e KFOR, ndërsa këta te fundit kane shtëne disa here ne ajër për te shpërndarë turmat. Nga kjo përplasje janë lënduar tre protestues dhe një ushtar i KFOR, te cilët ndodhen ne Spitalin e Mitrovicës. Ndërkohë mediat vendase flasin edhe për një ushtar te KFOR te rrëmbyer, fakt ky qe u mohua nga zëdhënësi i KFOR-it. I menjëhershëm ka qene reagimi i sekretarit sheqeror ne ministrin për Kosovën, Oliver Ivanoviç i cili tha se aksioni i KFOR është shume i rrezikshëm dhe vjen ne një kohe te papërshtatshme. Ivanovic akuzoi qeverinë e Kosovës se po shfrytëzon vakumin institucional ne Serbi për te ndryshuar gjendjen ne terren.
