Herët ne mëngjes te dy kampet politike janë vene ne lëvizje ne lidhje me kandidatin e propozuar nga maxhoranca për postin e Presidentit te Republikës, Xhezair Zaganjori.
Negociatoret Ruçi, Tahiri dhe Patozi, Spaho janë takuar ne orën 09:00 te mëngjesit ne selinë e Kryesisë se Kuvendit për te diskutuar rreth figurës se Zaganjorit pa arritur konsensus. Dështimi i negociatave çoi ne dështimin edhe te procesit për zyrtarizimin e Zaganjorit si kandidat për postin e kreut te shtetit dhe komisioni i ligjeve nuk miratoi asnjë kandidature. Paralelisht me zhvillimet ne kryesine e kuvendit ne selinë e PS u mblodh fillimisht kryesia, këshilli i te urtëve dhe me pas grupi parlamentar forume te cilat theksuan kërkesën e PS për një tryeze te krerëve te partive parlamentare për procesin e presidentit. Ndërkaq anëtari i Gjykatës Kushtetuese, Xhezair Zaganjori, emri i refuzuar nga opozita për postin e Presidentit, rreth orës 10:00 ka takuar kreun e LSI Meta ne ambientet e një bari pranë Gjykatës Kushtetuese, ku kane biseduar për rreth 15 minuta.
