13 viktima dhe 25 te plagosur është bilanci i një prej aksidenteve me te rende te viteve te fundit ne Himarë, 11 prej të cilave studente femra dhe 2 meshkuj, mes te çileve shoferi i autobusit, ndërsa tjetri i fejuari i njërës prej studenteve. 11 prej tyre humben jetën ne vendin e aksidentit, ndërsa 2 te tjerë ne Spitalin Ushtarak ne kryeqytet. Aktualisht ne këtë spital luftojnë për jetën 15 studente, 9 prej të cilave janë këtë të martë ne terapi intensive, nën kujdesin e mjekeve. Ne spitalin e Vlorës rezultojnë te shtruar 10 studente aktualisht jashtë rrezikut për jetën. Vetëm gjatë mbrëmjes së të hënës janë transportuar me helikopter për shkak të përkeqësimit te gjendjes shëndetësore 3 vajza nga spitali i Vlorës. Viktimat janë transportuar në morgun e qytetit bregdetar në mesnate, me makinat e ushtrisë. Situata nuk ka qenë e lehte për një aksident që nisi si ekspeditë në drejtim të Apolonisë së Fierit dhe Butrintit te Sarandës. Te nisur nga Elbasani ne orën 07:00 te mëngjesit, të rinjtë, me 2 autobusë, kanë qenë të shoqëruar vetëm nga një pedagog, i cili ka qenë në autobusin që i shpëtoi tragjedisë. Në orën 16:18 minuta, në Qafen e Vishës, autobusi ka devijuar nga rruga duke sjellë si pasojë vdekjen e 13 personave. Edhe pse ende pa një version zyrtar, te mbijetuarit kanë rrëfyer panikun e shoferit, i cili ne momentin e fundit ka bërtitur: "Mbahuni, nuk ndaloj dot!" Tani është koha e policisë te thotë fjalën e saj.
