Kryetari i PS, Edi Rama, gjate një tryeze ne Pallatin e Sportit ne Vlorë, ku merrte pjese edhe peshëngritësi i njohur Luan Shabani, i cili është shpallur kampion bote ne flamurin e Greqisë, ka deklaruar se largimi i talenteve nuk do te ndodhe kur PS te vije ne pushtet. Ndërkohë qe deputeti socialist Fidel Ylli ka paralajmëruar ndryshimin e Kodit Penal për te forcuar dënimet për dhunën ne stadiume.
