Edhe pse ishim nder shtetet me te reja ne bote e njëkohësisht te varfër, 25-vjetorin e mevetesise e festuam asokohe ne mënyrë te denje. Kështu rrëfen Nevila Nikaj, drejtuese e Arkivit Qendror Shtetëror, institucion ne te cilin "Vizion Plus" ka hyre për te zbuluar qe një dite me pare mënyrën e kremtimeve te përvjetorëve te shtetit shqiptar. Ne këto dosje gjen edhe komitetin qe u mor me organizimin e festimeve e u përcaktua qe ne fund te vitit 1936. Ai përbehej nga emra te shquar si Parashqevi Qirjazi, Odise Paskali apo Lasgush Poradeci. Përveç konkurseve, ekspozitave madje edhe një gare për një himn te ri te flamurit, 25 vjetori i Pavarësisë ne kohen e mbretit Zog, ishte periudha ku për here te pare u organizua edhe një konkurs ndërkombëtar për monumentin e Skënderbeut dhe ku kalendari i festimeve ishte gati qe ne 13 mars te atij viti jubilar. Ne dosje te tjera, zbulon edhe pse jo ne mënyrë te qarte, frangat e kërkuara si kredi për festimet e atij jubileu nga një kompani amerikane. Bashke me këto protokolle, ruhen edhe imazhe te rralla ku shfaqet Tirana e kohës, mbreti Zog, atdhetaret, por edhe festimet ne qytete te ndryshme qe nga Tropoja e deri ne Vlore.
