Është ndare nga jeta ne moshën 79 vjeçare, mjeshtri i koreografisë, Agron Aliaj. Balet maestri, nuk mundi t'i mbijetoje kështu aksidentit qe pësoi ne 9 Mars te këtij viti e me pas operacionit qe iu nënshtrua. Ne fakt, qe pas aksidentit, ku një makine e përplasi Aliajn teksa dilte nga Teatri i Operës dhe Baletit, e vendosjes se tij ne reanimacionin e Spitalit Ushtarak, familja apeloi gjate për një ndërhyrje jashtë vendit, duke akuzuar strukturat shtetërore se nuk po i jepnin asnjë zgjidhje mjeshtrit te koreografisë shqiptare. Te kontaktuar këtë te enjte ne telefon nga "Vizion Plus", familjaret u shprehen se koreografi u operua ne Shqipëri nga një mjek i huaj, por pavarësisht pritshmerive për një përmirësim te gjendjes shëndetësore, Aliaj u përkeqësua dite pas dite deri sa mbylli sytë. Agron Aliaj me një karriere te gjate gati 50 vjeçare, vazhdonte te ishte aktiv ne shume nga premierat e teatrit te operës dhe baletit. Mjeshtri ka vene firmën e tij ne shume nga lëvizjet koreografike te disa veprave te njohura, por e fundit qe do te mbahet mend prej tij, ishte baleti "Gjergj Elez Alia", për te cilin ai po kujdesej ditën qe ndodhi dhe aksidenti fatal. Homazhet për nder te koreografit Agron Aliaj, do te mbahen te premten ne ambientet e teatrit te operës dhe baletit nga ora 12:00 deri ne orën 14:00.
