Dhoma e Tregtisë kundërshton nismën e qeverisë shqiptare e cila detyron biznesin që të parapaguajë tatim fitimin jo me 1 por 3 muaj para me argumentin se rriten ne mënyre artificiale kostot e biznesit. Nga ana tjetër, duke i kujtuar edhe njëherë borxhet që qeveria i ka firmave të ndërtimit biznesi propozon një zgjidhje. Deri tani sipas denoncimeve që ndërtuesit kanë bërë mendohet që borxhi që qeveria i ka atyre kap shifrën e 139 milionë dollarëve.
