Ashpërsohen akuzat ne distance mes partisë se Legalitetit dhe komunitetit me prirje homoseksuale. Madje kreu i PLL, Spahia, ka kërkuar shpalljen Non Grata te ambasadorit te Holandës ne Tirane, i cili është përfshire ne këtë debat duke kritikuar si injorante qëndrimet e kësaj partie kundrejt homoseksualeve. Nga ana e tyre shoqatat qe përfaqësojnë këta persona, kërkojnë shpalljen e PLL antikushtetuese. Kreu i legalitetit Spahia i ka kërkuar policisë te mos lejoje aktivitetet e homoseksualeve, por ato do te vijojnë duke kulmuar te enjten me festivalin e diversitetit. Përveç lëvizjes me biçikleta qe këtë radhe është spostuar ne Vlore te mërkurën pasdite do te hapet edhe ekspozita kukafshehthi me portrete te homoseksualeve shqiptare.
