EULEX do te hetoje ne Shqipëri për akuzat e ngritura nga reporteri i KE zviceran Dick Marty, për akuzën e transplantit te organeve gjate luftës se Kosovës. Projektligji i miratuar me urgjence ne qeveri, kaloi me te njëjtën urgjence edhe ne Komisionin e Ligjeve ne unanimitet, pavarësisht kundërshtive paraprake te opozitës për tu njohur me draftin. Ministri i drejtësisë Eduard Halimi tha se akuzat janë shume te renda, ndaj kërkohet transparence. Duke qene një ligj me rëndësi te veçante, ai kërkon 3/5 e votave ne parlament, pra edhe vullnetin e opozitës. Iniciativa u propozua nga EULEX, pas një raporti te marty-t, pas dyshimeve te forta se ne një banese ne Shqipëri ishin kryer operacione organesh te pengjeve te luftës.
