Qeveria e Kosovës ka përshëndetur mbarëvajtjen e zgjedhjeve parlamentare e presidenciale serbe te organizuar nga OSBE edhe ne territorin e Kosovës, por i ka cilësuar ato si te paligjshme. Këto komente janë bere nga ministri i Brendshëm, Bajram Rexhepi, gjate mbledhjes se qeverise, i cili tha se ky proces ishte ilegal dhe pa asnjë efekt juridik ne Kosovë. Gjate procesit te votimit ne zgjedhjet serbe te mbajtura ne Zubin Potok dhe Zveçan, nuk është shënuar asnjë incident. Sikurse ishte paralajmëruar, trupat e KFOR-it kane qene te mobilizuara për te shmangur çdo lloj tensionimi te mundshëm te situatës.
