Autoriteti Kombëtar i Ushqimit deklaron se kjo mase nuk do te merret vetëm për furrat e bukës, por edhe për markete te tjera. Inspektoret kane nisur një vale kontrollesh ne te gjithë dyqanet, ku sekuestrojnë te gjithë sasinë e qeseve qe gjejnë pa certifikatën e sigurisë. Por çfarë rreziku paraqet për shëndetin e njeriut përdorimi i ambalazheve si qeset plastike? Autoriteti i Ushqimit sqaron se vendimi i tij nuk është i njëjte me VKM për përdorimin e qeseve te biodegradueshme. Sipas AKU, ky vendim i qeverise del ne mbrojtje te mjedisit, ndërsa vendimi për ambalazhet e letrës ka te beje me shëndetin e konsumatorit. Por drejtuesit e fabrikave ricikluese te qeseve hedhin hije dyshimi për urdhrin e AKU. Qeveria ka vendosur si afat përfundimtar për përdorimin e ambalazheve te biodegradueshme shtatorin e këtij viti. Ndërsa inspektoret e Autoritetit Kombëtar te Ushqimit pohojnë se qe nga ky moment çdo tregtar qe kapet me shkelje do te penalizohet.
