sh-zv/drejtori i përgjithshëm i ALUIZNI-t Sokol Hasani, ka rrëfyer me detaje për Vizion Plus skemën, qe sipas tij përdoret ne këtë institucion, për legalizime te jashtëligjshme. Ne regjistra figurojnë me dhjetëra ndërtime disa katëshe, por asnjë prej tyre nuk ekziston ne hartat dixhitale apo fotografimet, qe i janë bere territorit nga ajri. Ish-zv/drejtori Hasani pohon, se ndryshimet e destinacionit te ndërtimeve pa leje nga lokal ne banese apo anasjelltas, janë me te shpeshtat. Ne kallëzimin penal, qe ai ka bere ne prokurorinë e tiranes shprehet. Vetëm vitin qe kaloi Hasani ka arritur te identifikoje 30 objekte te legalizuara ne shkelje te plote me ligjin. Ai pohon, se abuzimet nuk janë sporadike, por te mire organizuara nga drejtuesit e agjencisë se legalizimeve dhe ato kane marre firmën e te gjithëve. Pas kallëzimeve penale te ish-zv/drejtorit te përgjithshëm te ALUIZNI-t, njesia task force e prokurorisë se Tiranes ka nisur hetimet. Ne verifikim janë tre objekte dy ne Tirane dhe një ne Durrës, për te cilat Hasani ka depozituar dokumentacionin përkatës, qe implikon disa drejtore drejtorish te ALUIZNI-t. Pas denoncimeve te përsëritura për eprorin dhe koleget e tij, Hasani është liruar pak kohe me pare nga detyra e numrit 2 te ALUIZNI-t.
