Njësia task-force e Prokurorisë se Tiranes ka nisur hetimet për abuzime me legalizimet e ndërtimeve pa leje ne Drejtorinë e Përgjithshme te Legalizimeve. Hetimet nisen pas kallëzimeve qe ka depozituar ne organin e akuzës ish zv/drejtori i përgjithshëm i ALUIZNI-t, Sokol Hasani. Ai akuzon për shpërdorim detyre 6 punonjës te këtij institucioni, përfshirë edhe ish kreun Shaban Memia. Hasani ka rrëfyer për "Vizion Plus" skemën e manipulimeve qe ka zbuluar duke pretenduar madje se lirimi i tij nga puna ka ardhur pas denoncimeve qe ka bere ne kryeministri për këtë fenomen. Burime nga Prokuroria pohuan për "Vizion Plus" se kallëzimet penale janë bere para një muaji dhe aktualisht po verifikohen tre objekte për te cilat Hasani pretendon se janë bere shkelje disa milioneshe. Nëse nga verifikimi vërtetohen pretendimet e tij, Prokuroria do te vendose nen hetim edhe personat e implikuar ne to. Ne intervistën për "Vizion Plus" Hasani pretendon, se gjate punës se tij me shume se njëvjeçare ne postin e zv/drejtorit te përgjithshëm, kishte vene re një sere manipulimesh me legalizimin e ndërtimeve pa leje. Ai thotë se kishte vene ne dijeni eprorin e tij për shkeljet qe kishte kapur e me pas edhe kryeministrin Berisha përmes disa letrave zyrtare. Por pas kësaj sage denoncimesh, Sokol Hasani është liruar nga detyra, e pak dite me vone iu drejtua Prokurorisë se Tiranes me kallëzime penale. Sipas tij, pas gjithë skemës se legalizimeve fshihet një skandal me përmasa te mëdha dhe dëme ndaj buxhetit te shtetit ne shifra te konsiderueshme. Ky skandal vjen ne një kohe ku sipas raportit te një viti me pare te Bankës Botërore, procesi i legalizimeve, nuk ka arritur ende ne shifrën e 2% te realizimit te tij.
