Me iniciative te Demokracisë Sociale dhe republikaneve, 24 parti politike qe kane marre te paktën 1 mije vota ne zgjedhjet e fundit, u mblidhen ne një tryeze për tu kërkuar 2 partive kryesore te amendojne kodin zgjedhor. Socialistet u përfaqësuan nga kryetari Edi Rama, ndërsa nga demokratet mungoi kryetari Berisha, por mori pjese Ilir Rusmali. Për kryetarin e opozitës, sistemi nuk është provuar ne kushte normale, por i deformuar. Zoti Rama i tha se pavarësisht se kërkesat e te vegjëlve ishin jo kritika, por te shara, pohoi se edhe sistemi aktual ne kushte transparence mund te jete i vlefshëm. PS këmbëngul nga ana tjetër tek riformatimi i KQZ. Sipas Rames, çdo sistem elektoral është demokratik. Por pas këtij vlerësimi, nuk munguan replikat me përfaqësues te partive te djathta, legalistet e ballistet. Por socialistet janë te hapur gjithsesi për amendim te sistemit. Ne emër te demokrateve, Ilir Rusmali nuk mbështeti ndryshimin e sistemit, por tha se tryeza te tilla kane vlere.
