Komisioni i posaçëm për reformën zgjedhore miratoi me kompromis kapitullin ne kod qe bën fjale për listat e votuesve. Mbledhja e radhës ne mesdite u mbajt pa praninë e mediave. Palët kane rene dakord për auditin qe do te realizohet një here ne gjashte muaj ne Ministrinë e Brendshme. Ne lista do te kenë akses kontrolli edhe partitë kryesore politike opozitare. Ndërsa votuesit me moshe mbi 100 vjeç do te pastrohen nga listat paraprakisht dhe mund te marrin pjese ne votim vetëm duke u regjistruar me vendim gjykate. Por çështjet qe mbajnë ende larg marrëveshjen finale te palëve, janë rishikimi i sistemit dhe riformatimi i KQZ. Korrektimi i sistemit është kërkesa kryesore e partive te vogla. Komisionit te posaçëm i mbaron mandati ne muajin prill, ndaj ne 2 javët e fundit pritet qe palët te kenë kontakte te shpeshta ne përpjekje për te amenduar kodin elektoral.
