Partia Socialiste nuk e cilëson te mbyllur punën për reformën parlamentare, kur me hapjen e lojës për zgjedhjen e presidentit te ri, opozita ka propozuar një mënyrë te re votimi: atë me zarf , qe sipas anëtarit Ditmir Bushati do te shmangte kontrollin politik te votës se çdo deputeti. Bushati shpjegon me tej se propozimet janë depozituar ne grupin e punës, por ende nuk ka një sinjal bashkëpunimi nga mazhoranca e cila mund te përdorë si pretekst përfundimin e afatit për reformës parlamentare. Bushati nënvizon se votimi me zarf përdoret dhe ne Asamblenë Parlamentare te Këshillit te Evropës.
