Ne kushtet e krizës qe ka përfshire biznesin shqiptar shoqata e ndërtuesve te Shqipërisë ka kërkuar ndërhyrjen e shtetit përmes një pakete me 3 pika kryesore.
Ne thelbin e kësaj pakete qëndron përfshirja e ndërtuesve vendas si nënkontraktues ne projekte te mëdha si gazsjellësi apo ato ne sektorin e naftës. Drejtuesit e shoqatës kane pranuar tkurrjen e tregut te banesave, e për këtë arsye ata kërkojnë hapjen e perspektivave te reja te punës. Duke paralajmëruar falimentin e kompanive tek te cilat shteti është debitor për punët publike, ndërtuesit kane propozuar këtë zgjidhje. Kryetari i bashkise Lulzim Basha i pranishëm ne aktivin kombëtar te ndërtuesve ka premtuar se muajin tjetër do te publikohet plani urbanistik i Tiranes, qe do ti hapi rruge dhënies se lejeve. Gjate aktivit kryetari i bashkise Basha ka dorëzuar publikisht lejet e përdorimit për 33 objekte nga te cilat përfitojnë 1853 familje, ndërkohe qe pohoi se janë ne shqyrtim edhe 27 objekte te tjera.
