Shifra e te prekurve nga sëmundjet kanceroze është rritur me te paktën 30% vitin e fundit. Për here te pare gjate një raportimi ne komisionin e shëndetësisë, drejtuesit e onkologjikut kane deklaruar se nuk behet me fjale për 4500 te sëmure por 6 mije, me dyshimin, se ka me dhjetëra te tjerë te paregjistruar ende. Gjate prezantimit te strategjisë kombëtare nga ministria e shëndetësisë opozita ka ngritur shqetësimin e sigurimit te ilaçeve, për te sëmuret kanceroze. Strategjia kombëtare për kancerin bazohet mbi parandalimin e sëmundjes, qe i merr buxhetit te shtetit 2-4 milionë dollarë ne vit.
