Pas debateve te shumta dhe shtyrjeve te njëpasnjëshme te mbledhjeve, Këshilli Bashkiak i Lezhës ka miratuar buxhetin për vitin 2012. Por mirëkuptimi mes palëve ka zgjatur vetëm pak minuta, pasi menjëherë pas votimit te djathtët kane firmosur një mocion mosbesimi ndaj kreut te Këshillit, qe vjen nga radhët e PS, Agustin Marku, me pretendimin se ka abuzuar me detyrën dhe ka shkelur rregulloren. Marku, i cili pasi votoi pro buxhetit ishte larguar, ka deklaruar se nuk është ende ne dijeni te një kërkese te tille. Dy kampet kryesore kanë nga 12 këshilltarë, ndërsa 1 është i pavarur. Buxheti i Bashkise se Lezhës arrin ne 308 milionë leke, 1/3 e te cilave do te shkoje për investime publike.
After numerous debates and successive postponements of meetings, City Council approved the budget Lezhe for 2012. But the understanding between the parties lasted only a few minutes, after voting immediately after the rightists have signed a motion of no confidence against the Council leader, who comes from among the SP, Mark Augustine, claiming that abusing his power and violated the rules. Mark, who after the budget was voted away, said he is not yet aware of such a request. Two main camps have 12 members, while one is independent. Lezha Municipality amounts to 308 million, 1/3 of which will go to public investment.
