Ka përfunduar pa sukses takimi negociator ne polici mes ndërtuesit te një pallatit dhe disa banoreve te unazës se re te cilët kërcënojnë me vetëflijim nëse pronari i pallatit nuk respekton kontratën e lidhur me ta tre vjet me pare. Konflikti i nisur vite me pare, ndërsa i kulmoi sot me kërcënimin për vetëflijim nga tarraca e pallatit te 7 grave përfaqësuese te 23 familjeve, qe pretendojnë shpërblim ne apartamente e dyqane për shtëpitë e tyre te shembura. Pas negociatave te shumta policia mundësoi një takim mes palëve ne ambientet e komisariatit 6 ne kryeqytet, por megjithëse pronari i pallatit pranoi tu jepte banoreve 12%te ndërtesës kjo oferte nuk është pranuar nga banoret te cilët kërkojnë te zbatohet marrëveshja e mëparshme e nënshkruar për 14 %. Pronari i firmës ndërtuese "Pelivani" sh.p.k pretendoi se familjaret qe protestojnë nuk kane te drejta mbi pronësinë e pallatit, pasi trualli ku është ndërtuar ky pallat nuk është ne pronësi te tyre ndërsa ne marrëveshje me pronarin e truallit kishin rene dakord tu jepnin 8-10% te ndërtesës. Por ka mbajtur një qëndrim ndryshe përfaqësuesi i firmës "ASK" ShPK i cili dhe negociuar me 23 familjet për prishjet e banesave te mëparshme, është bashkuar me banoret. Kjo firme kishte marre përsipër ndërtimin e pallatit bashke me Pelivanin por ne fund janë ndare.
