Pavarësish debateve qe ka hapur aktiviteti i paralajmëruar i homoseksualeve ne Tirane, ambasada "Pink" përforcon qëndrimin se festivali i diversitetit i 17 majit është shenje e respektimit te te drejtave dhe lirive te këtij komuniteti ne Shqipëri. Te vendosur për zhvillimin e festes se tyre, Altin Hazizaj kreu i ambasadës "Pink" deklaron se ne demokraci çdokush ka te drejte te festoje si politika, besimtaret ashtu dhe komuniteti i LGBT-ve. Kreu i ambasadës Pink, Alitin Hazizaj tregon se nuk do te ketë parade ashtu si ne disa shtete te huaja, por një aktivitet festiv qe nis me ngritjen e flamurit te LGBT ne një nga sheshet e tiranes. Me pas një përfaqësi e ambasadës Pink do te marshoje drejt kryeministrisë për ti dorëzuar kreut te qeverise Sali Berisha flamurin e tyre. Festa e homoseksualeve do te vijoje me koncerte deri ne orët e mbrëmjes. Por i menjëhershëm ka qene reagimi i disa komuniteteve fetare dhe partive politike. Myslimanet janë me radikale duke kërkuar moslejimin e aktiviteteve te tyre, ndërsa katoliket dënojnë fenomenin por shprehen kundër diskriminimit. Edhe subjekte, parti politike janë kundër festes se homoseksualeve ne Shqipëri. Pas qëndrimit me te ashpër te Legalsiteve edhe kreu i PDK, Nard Ndoka, është kundër aktiviteteve te tyre dhe fenomenit ne tërësi. Festa e pare e këtij lloji ne Shqipëri pritet te thelloje debatet mes feve, politikes dhe komunitetit LGBT. Ky i fundit pretendon se ne Shqipëri 5 deri 10% e popullsisë kane orientim te ndryshëm seksual.
Notwithstanding the open debate that has warned of gay activity in Tirana, the embassy "Pink" reinforces the position that diversity festival of May 17 is a sign of respect of rights and freedoms of the community in Albania. Pink head of the embassy, Aliti Hazizaj shows that there will be no parade as in some foreign countries, but a festive event that begins with the establishment of an LGBT flag of the squares of Tirana. Then a representative of the Embassy Pink will march towards the prime minister to head the government to submit their flag Sali Berisha. The celebration of homosexuality will be followed by concerts until the evening. But there was immediate reaction of some religious communities and political parties. Radical Muslims are looking suppressing their activities, while Catholics condemn the phenomenon but speak out against discrimination. Even entities, political parties are against the gay holiday in Albania. After a tough stance with the head of the PDK Legalsiteve Nard Ndoka is against their activities and phenomena in general. Holiday first of its kind in Bangladesh is expected to deepen the debate between religions, politics and the LGBT community. The latter claims that in Albania 5 to 10% of the population have different sexual orientation.
