Kryeprokurorja Ina Rama reagon nga Kosova për raportin e Ministrisë se Drejtësisë mbi punën e organit te akuzës. Duke folur pas takimeve qe zhvilloi ne Prishtine ne kuadër te një vizite zyrtare, zonja Rama tha se raporti është i pavërtetë dhe se Prokuroria e Përgjithshme nuk pajtohet me konkluzionet e dikasterit te Halimit. Sa i përket vendimit te gjykatës për procesin e Gërdecit, Prokurorja e Përgjithshme tha se institucioni qe ajo drejton nuk është dakord me këtë vendim dhe se do ta apeloje. Gjithsesi, sipas saj, fjala e fundit i takon Gjykatës. Ina Rama ka folur edhe mbi ecurinë e hetimeve për ngjarjet e 21 Janarit te vitit te kaluar, pas shtyrjes se afatit. Rama ka shprehur besimin se hetimet do te mbyllen brenda kohës se përcaktuar ligjore. Ina Rama ndodhet ne Kosove për një vizite dy ditore. Ajo u takua sot me homologun e saj kosovar, Ismet Kabashi, me Presidenten Atifete Jahjaga, si dhe me zv/kryeministrin, njëherësh ministrin e Drejtësisë, Hajredin Kuçi.
Prosecutor Ina Rama from Kosovo reacts to the Ministry of Justice report on the work of the prosecution authority.
