Edhe pse dëbora ne fshatin e thelle te Borjes ka shkrire dhe lulet kane çelur, kjo zone mbetet e izoluar dhe pa asnjë lidhje me qendrën e komunës, Shishtavecin, apo qytetin e Kukesit. Kjo pasi rruga qe kalon ne mes te maleve është e mbuluar nga bora qe shkon ne një metër. Për 1300 banoret e fshatit, e vetmja mënyrë për te mbërritur ne Kukës dhe anasjelltas është te kalojnë nga Kosova, duke udhëtuar afro dy ore me makine dhe një ne këmbë neper këtë shteg. Për shkak te bllokimit te rrugës, banoret nuk kane mundur te marrin prej katër muajsh edhe ndihmën ekonomike. Ndërkohë qe shqetësim për ta janë edhe ndërprerjet e vazhdueshme te dritave. E ndërsa banoret janë angazhuar me punët e stinës, problemi me i madh mbetet për 40 nxënësit qe ecin ne këmbë një ore e gjysme ne mes te dëborës deri ne Shishtavec, për te ndjekur mësimin. Kryetari i komunës Dylejman Nela i kontaktuar nga "Vizion Plus", thotë se pavarësisht angazhimit te mjeteve, hapja e rrugës për ne Borje ka qene thuajse e pamundur për shkak te terrenit te vështirë e malor.
