Deputetët e opozitës në komisionin e ekonomisë kanë akuzuar një sërë firmash për situatë monopol. Sipas tyre edhe vendimet e autoritetit te konkurrencës janë duke u zvarritur nga gjykata. Për vitin 2011 autoriteti I konkurrencës ka marrë 43 vendime për situatë monopl dhe ka vendosur vetëm një gjobë.
