Një dite pas debateve te forta ne Kuvend mbi çështjet e pronësisë, ministri i inovacionit Genc Pollo, ne cilësinë e kryetarit te komisionit qeveritar te pronës ka sqaruar ndryshimet ligjore.
Ne baze te këtij ligji, qeveria i jep te drejte kryetareve te komunave te lëshojnë tapi, për te gjitha ato toka bujqësore te ndara me ligjin 7501, qe u njihet pronari por qe nuk e kane me dokumente. Ne këtë procedure, nuk përfshihen tokat qe janë ne procese gjyqësore apo legalizim.
