Duke iu referuar eurokomisionerit Stefan Fyle, diplomati i larte theksoi se BE pret hapa konkrete nga Shqipëria. Ndërsa kryetarja e parlamentit Jozefina Topalli i ka kërkuar opozitës te mos pengojë reformat qe kushtëzojnë statusin e kandidatit. Këto deklarata u bene gjate një takimi për një projekt te financuar nga BE, me qellim qe ti jepet ndihme Kuvendit te Shqipërisë ne forcimin dhe përmirësimin e kapaciteteve legjislative.

While Parliament Speaker Topalli opposition has asked not to obstruct reforms that warrant candidate status. These statements were made during a meeting for a project funded by the EU, in order to be given to help the Assembly of Albania in strengthening and improvement of legislative capacity.
