Me këtë vendim Gjykata e Tiranes ka lënë ne burg deri ne përfundim te hetimit Ilia Bashon, bashkëshortin e Eleni Bashos, gruas se vrare ne rrethana misterioze mbrëmjen e 2 shkurtit, fare pranë banesës se saj ne Shkoze. Seanca për caktimin e masës se sigurise u zhvillua me dyer te mbyllura, pas kërkesës se prokurorit Etjen Kapo. Pasi dëgjoi pretendimet e akuzës qe kërkoi lënien ne burg te 38-vjeçarit dhe te mbrojtjes qe kërkoi lirimin e tij, gjyqtari Altin Shkurti vendosi te pranoje argumentet e Prokurorisë, duke vendosur qe Basho te qëndrojë ne burg deri ne përfundim te hetimit. I akuzuari kishte zgjedhur si mbrojtës avokatin Lazer Sokolaj, i cili ka kërkuar lirimin e tij për tu hetuar ne një tjetër mase sigurie. Burime brenda seancës thonë për "Vizion Plus" se vete Ilia Basho nuk ka pranuar te flasë para gjykatës duke ia lënë këtë te drejte vetëm avokatit te tij. Tashme Basho do te hetohet për akuzën e vrasjes me paramendim ne bashkëpunim, pasi sipas akuzës, ai dyshohet se ka organizuar vrasjen e ish-gruas se tij Eleni Basho. Çifti Ilia dhe Eleni Basho ishin te martuar prej shume vitesh dhe kishin një djalë 13 vjeç e një vajze 9 vjeçe nga kjo martese.
