Për rreth 2 ore ne hollin e Pallatit te Kongreseve është zhvilluar ceremonia ne nder te Dëshmorit te Atdheut Kapiten Feti Vogli. Përpara arkivolit te mbuluar me flamurin shqiptar dhe karafila te kuq janë përkulur ne shenje nderimi te afërm, kolege, krerët e shtetit, politikane e ambasadore. Te paret qe kane zhvilluar homazhe kane qene forcat komando, me pas ministri i Mbrojtjes Imami, ndërkohë qe me shirita te zinj ne krah i kane bere nderimit e fundit Kapiten Voglit edhe Presidenti i Republikës, kryetarja e parlamentit, kryeministri, lideri i opozitës dhe te gjithë deputetet e politikanet. Ceremonia ne Pallatin e Kongreseve ka përfunduar rreth orës 13:00 me fjalën e Shefit te Shtabit te Përgjithshëm, Xhemal Gjunkshi, një moment ky qe ka bashkuar rivalet politike Berisha, Topi e Rama.
