Qindra banore qe jetojnë ne Qarrisht te Librazhdit, fshat kufitar me Maqedoninë janë ne izolim te plote prej një muaji. Ata kane ecur katër ore ne këmbë deri ne fshatin Dorëz ku kane protestuar për mungese vëmendjeje ndaj tyre. Edhe grupit te xhirimit i është dashur nga ana tjetër te çaje për dy ore dëborën, deri ne vendin e njoftuar për protestën. Ne fshatin qe shtrihet 22 km larg qytetit te Librazhdit janë ndare deri tani me pak se 100 kg makarona dhe oriz, duke bere qe jetesa për 67 familjet te vështirësohet shume. Edhe banoret e katër komunave ne qarkun e Kukesit po përjetojnë te njëjtën situate. Madje ne Lekbibaj te Tropojës vazhdojnë te bien ortekë duke vene ne rrezik jetën e njerëzve. Aktualisht ne Kukës puna është përqendruar për zhbllokimin e rrugës drejt fshatrave te thelle Cernaleve dhe Oreshke, ku vete banoret janë angazhuar me lopata për te dale nga izolimi. Ne qarkun e Kukesit veç komunave Arrën, Kalis, Gryke Çaje e Lekbibaj janë aktualisht edhe rreth 50 fshatra pa asnjë lidhje me qendrat e komunave. Ne qarkun e Shkodres janë ende nen izolim gjashte komuna, ne Dibër komuna Selishte, ndërsa ne Korçe dhe Librazhd rreth 50 fshatra.
Hundreds of residents who live in the Librazhd Qarrisht, village border with Macedonia are in complete isolation of one month.
