42 fshatra ne qarkun e Korçës nuk kane asnjë mundësi komunikimi me qendrat e komunave për shkak te dëborës. Një përfaqësi e PS e nisur për te shpërndarë ndihma ne fshatrat Panarit, Shtylle e Lubonjë është bllokuar se bashku me mjetet për mese gjashte ore ne rruge. Te rinjtë e FRESSH-it kane mbërritur deri ne Vithkuq për ndarjen e pakove ushqimore, por nuk kane mundur me tej. Banoret e këtyre zonave ankohen se gjate kësaj periudhe izolimi kane qene dhe pa drita. Ndërkohë, prefekti i qarkut te Korçës, Andrea Mano, pohon gjendjen ne vështirë ne këto fshatra, por hapja e rrugëve nuk parashikohet me herët se javën e ardhshme.
