Reparti ushtarak i Sharrës, kjo sipërfaqe prej 4500m katrore sipas Ministrisë se Punës do te kthehet ne një qendër komunitare. Pikërisht aty ndodhen 2 godinat e para te rikostruktuara te cilat janë ne fazën përfundimtare ku aty do te strehohen 8 familjet rome.
Edhe pse 2 godinat brenda pak javëve do te vihen ne dispozicion për te pastrehët romë, kjo nuk është një zgjidhje përfundimtare për strehimin e tyre. Sipas përgjegjëses se sekretariatit teknik, për romet, ne këtë qendër këto familje do te qëndrojnë përkohësisht dhe gjate kësaj periudhe ata do te ndihmohen për te plotësuar dokumentacionin ne bashki, derisa tu jepet një zgjidhje e plote. Ne fakt ky ambient i cili do te strehoje fillimisht 50 persona rom, do vazhdoje rikonstruktimin për te strehuar pothuajse 120 vete, pas investimit me vlere 400.000 dollarë, projekt i financuar nga UNDP. E ndërsa puna vazhdon brenda repartit, jashtë tij banore te zonës pohojnë se nuk do te lejojnë asnjë familje te strehohet aty, duke pretenduar pronësinë e tokës.
