Ne rrethet e Dibrës, Bulqizës e Matit janë pa lidhje me qendrat e rretheve fshatrat e shtate komunave. Ndërsa ne Mirditë për momentin raportohen te bllokuara rrugët e pese komunave. Ne qarkun e Elbasanit mësohet se kane dale nga izolimi te gjitha komunat përfshirë Sterbleven ne Librazhd. Rruga drejt kësaj zone është zhbllokuar ne orët e vona te se enjtes. Ne krye te aksionit ishte edhe nëndrejtori i Përgjithshëm i Rrugëve Skënder Çota. Ndërsa deputeti i zonës Ardjan Turku ka udhëtuar drejt fshatit te izoluar prej dy javësh me kamionin e ndihmave te para ushqimore për banoret. Sipas Shtabit te Emergjencave, edhe ne Korçe, te gjitha rrugët drejt qendrave te komunave janë te hapura, përveç atyre te disa fshatrave te thelle.
