Kreu i shtetit Bamir Topi ka udhëtuar drejt zonave të izoluara prej dy javësh në Shkodër. Duke besuar në kapërcimin e situatës, ai rikujtoi edhe njëherë rrezikun nga përmbytjet dhe kërkoi vëmendje në menaxhimin e hidrocentraleve.
Ndër të tjera Bamir Topi bëri edhe një vizitë në hidrocentralin e Komanit për tu njohur më afër me nivelin e ujit atje dhe problemet që mund të shfaqen pas shkrirjes së borës. Gjatë takimit me banorët dhe kryetarin e komunës së Temalit, presidentit i është kërkuar ndihma për evakuimin e katër antarëve të një familjeje në fshatin Vile të cilët kanë probleme serioze shëndetësore. Gjatë vizitës aty presidenti theksoi rëndësinë e bashkëpunimit pa ngjyrime politike për të kaluar situatën e vështirë që po kalon vendi.
