Dështon përpjekja e dyte e Prokurorisë për te dërguar ne burg ish-Komandantin e Gardës se Republikës, Ndrea Prendi, i akuzuar për vrasjen e Faik Myrtajt ne demonstratën e 21 Janarit te vitit te shkuar. Ne një seance te zhvilluar me dyer te mbyllura, gjyqtari Shkëlqim Mustafa ka refuzuar te marre ne shqyrtim provat e reja te Prokurorisë, qe rendonin pozitën e te akuzuarit, me argumentin se çështja është ne Apel. Ndonëse seanca ishte parashikuar për tu zhvilluar ne orën 09:00 gjyqtari Mustafa ka hyre ne salle rreth orës 10:00, ndërsa ka pasur këtë reagim për praninë e medias ne ambientet e gjykatës: "Bëni dhe akt-akuzën, jepni dhe vendimin se kështu, po bëhet ky gjyq". I pranishëm ne seance ishte edhe prokurori amerikan, i cili ka asistuar organin e akuzës gjate hetimeve te ngjarjeve te 21 Janarit. Ndërkohë qe vete i akuzuari Ndrea Prendi përfaqësohej nga avokati i tij Genc Gjokutaj, i cili nuk pranoi te bënte asnjë koment ne lidhje me vendimin e Gjykatës. Lënien ne arrest shtëpie te Ndrea Prendit, nuk e ka komentuar as Prokurorja e Përgjithshme Ina Rama, e pyetur nga korrespondenti i Vizion Plus ne Fier, ku ishte e pranishme ne analizën e Prokurorisë se rrethit.
