Pas marrëveshjes se 14 nëntorit mes PD dhe PS plani i rishikuar i veprimit përfshin informacione për progresin ne lidhje me kriteret politike si nisja e punës për reformën zgjedhore dhe atë parlamentare. Me këtë bilanc pozitiv te deri tanishëm qeveria shqiptare shpreson qe te marre statusin e vendit kandidat pas kërkesës se depozituar qe ne prillin e vitit 2009.
