Kreu i OMONIA-s për qarkun e Korçës, Naum Disho, do te vuaje një vit burg për dhunimin e varreve te Boboshtices. Gjykata e Apelit te Korçës ka lënë ne fuqi vendimin e Gjykatës se Faktit. Gjithashtu, gjyqtaret e Apelit kane dënuar me 18 muaj me kusht edhe dy punëtorët Luan Zace dhe Alqi Koroveshi. Seanca e fundit ne Apel është ndjekur edhe nga zv/konsulli grek i Korçës, si dhe zyrtare te tjerë te konsullatës. Pas vendimit, Disho deklaroi se procesi ndaj tij është politik. Dhunimi i varreve te vjetra te Boboshtices me qellim ndërtimin e një memoriali për ushtaret greke te rene gjate luftës, u denoncua nga banoret e fshatit ne tetor te vitit 2010.
