Me miratimin ne kuvend te Ardian Civicit si anëtar i Këshillit Mbikëqyrës te Bankës se Shqipërisë, ky institucion plotëson ekipin e tij drejtues. 9 anëtarët qe kane ne duar fatin e financave tona dhe te ekonomisë, do te punojnë vitet e ardhshme nen drejtimin e Ardian Fullanit. Guvernatori është rizgjedhur për një 7 vjeçar te dytë, duke qene drejtuesi i pare që gëzon dy mandate në historinë e Bankës dhe do ta udhëheqë atë edhe për 7 vjet të tjera. Por cilët janë njerëzit qe bashke me Fullanin do te vendosin për ecurinë e zhvillimit bankar e atij ekonomik? Dhori Kule, rektori i Universitetit të Tiranës është zgjedhur anëtar i bordit drejtues së bashku Elisabeta Gjonin, e cila ushtron edhe funksionin e kryetares së Autoritetit të Mbikëqyrjes Financiare. Bashke me ta është dhe Petraq Milo, i cili përveç punës ne bordin drejtues, ushtron edhe detyrën e këshilltarit ekonomik të kryeministrit. Të tre këta janë propozuar nga maxhoranca. Opozita zgjodhi si anëtare te bordit Ermelinda Meksin. Ajo dha dorëheqjen nga mandati i deputetit, për t'iu bashkuar vendimmarrjes ne bankën qendrore. Nga LSI-ja vjen për të ushtruar këtë detyrë Ela Golemi, ndërkohë që Ardian Civici nuk vjen si anëtar i ri i bordit, por si i zgjedhur për herë të dytë. Banka e Shqipërisë merr vendimet e saj në lidhje me politikat monetare dhe financiare me votat unanime të bordit mbikëqyrës. Të gjithë këta anëtarë të rinj, së bashku me dy të tjerë Arjan Kadarenë dhe Halit Xhafën, që ende nuk u ka mbaruar mandati në këshill, do të duhet te menaxhojnë institucionin me te rëndësishëm financiar ne vend pikërisht ne kohen kur gjithë Evropa vuan krizën ekonomike.
Upon approval by Parliament of Ardian Civici as a member of the Supervisory Council of Bank of Albania, the institution meets his leadership team. 9 members who have in their hands the destiny of our finances and the economy, will work the next few years under the direction of Ardian Fullani. The governor is reelected for a second 7-year, being the first leader who enjoys two terms in the history of the Bank and will lead it for 7 years.
