Juristi Igli Totozani ka nisur detyrën e Avokatit te Popullit, një post i mbetur pa drejtues prej gati 2 vitesh, pas mbarimit te mandatit te Ermir Dobjanit. Ne intervistën e pare, pasi ka hyre ne zyrën qe do ta drejtoje ne 7 vitet e ardhshme, zoti Totozani thotë se do te synoje te transformoje rolin e këtij institucioni kushtetues, ne funksion te mbrojtjes se individëve nga abuzimet e administratës.
