Seanca e fundit për këtë vit u mbyll me votimin konsensual te Avokatit te Popullit duke pasqyruar frymën konsensuale te këtij sesioni ku u arrit edhe marrëveshja e pare pas 2 viteve ngerç politik.
Por votimi i Igli Totozanit si avokat i popullit me 127 vota pro ishte e vetmja çështje ku maxhoranca dhe opozita gjeten gjuhen e bashkëpunimit. Maxhoranca refuzoi te dëgjoje zërin e opozitës për te hequr TVSH-në për ilaçet dhe ushqimet ne mënyre qe t'iu vihet ne ndihme shtresave te varfra edhe pse deputet socialiste i kane kujtuar demokrateve qe e kane patur ne programin qeverisës ne vitin 2005. Nga ana e saj opozita votoi kundër aktit normative qe i jep kesh një kredi prej 50 milion dollarësh për te blere energji; duke argumentuar se kjo kredi do te rrisë borxhin dhe situata e vështire energjetike është krijuar për shkak te keq-menaxhimit te kompanisë nga qeveria. Ne seancën e fundit plenare te këtij sesioni është betuar edhe kreu i KLSH Bujar Leskaj edhe Igli Totozani te cilët tashme zyrtarisht fillojnë detyrat e reja. Ndërkombëtarët kanë reaguar menjëherë duke vlerësuar votimin e Totozanit në postin e Avokatit të Popullit. Komisioneri Stefan Fyle, ka deklaruar se Plotësimi i këtij pozicioni do ndihmojë në forcimin e një institucioni të pavarur. Dhe mënyra si u finalizua ky emërim përbën një hap të rëndësishëm në konsolidimin e dialogut ndërmjet shumicës qeverisëse dhe opozitës. Edhe kreu i prezencës së OSBE-se në Tirane Eugen Wollfarth, përgëzoi kompromisin për votimin e Avokatit te Popullit,duke thëne kjo tregon se dialogu mes dy blloqeve kryesore politike mund të japë rezultate te dobishme.
