Sipas kreut te Urdhrit te Mjekut, Dine Abazaj, mjekësia ligjore nuk mund te nxjerre konkluzione përfundimtare pa një ekspert te tille, ne rastet e humbjes se jetës se një pacienti ne duart e bluzave te bardha. Vetëm pak kohe me pare dy mjeke ne Durrës, Dalip Çela, kirurg dhe Nuri Qyra, reanimator, u akuzuan për mjekim te pakujdesshëm ndaj volejbollistit Juxhin Guza, i cili humbi jetën ne spital, pas një plagosjeje me thike. Po ashtu, edhe kirurgu i spitalit te Lezhës, Ndue Çupi, ndodhet nen te njëjtën akuze, për pakujdesi ne mjekimin e një 51-vjeçari qe humbi jetën disa jave pas operimit nga apandesiti.
