Gjykata e larte ka përfunduar pyetjen e dëshmitareve te prokurorisë dhe mbrojtjes ne procesin ne ngarkim te ish zv-kryeministrit Ilir Meta i akuzuar nga prokuroria për korrupsion. Këtë te hëne para gjykatës u paraqiten pese dëshmitaret e fundit mes te cilëve edhe vëllezërit Ymer dhe Skender Tola. Duke iu përmbajtur te njëjtës linje me dëshmitaret e mëparshëm, edhe dy biznesmenët Tola dëshmuan ne gjykate se demet qe i janë shkaktuar shoqërisë "Bashkimi i përkohshme i vëllezërve Tola" nga vonesat e procedurave te ankandit, për ndërtimin e HEC-it te Shushicës është mbi 700 mije euro. Dëshmitari Skender Tola tha se kompania e tyre kishte 40 % te aksioneve dhe demi vetëm për te, llogaritej ne mbi 160 mije euro. Ndërsa dëshmitari Andi Dedja, i cili përfaqësonte ne shoqëri tre kompanitë hungareze tha se nuk kishte dijeni ne lidhje me demin, ndonëse ne prokurori kishte deklaruar se ato nuk kishin patur asnjë pasoje financiare. Edhe përfaqësuesit e dy kompanive te tjera administratori i "Elba Shpk" Emin Toçi dhe Arqile Papuçiu administratori i "Arti Shpk" qe do te merreshin me projektimin dhe ndërtimin e HEC-it thane se nuk kishin pësuar asnjë dem nga vonesat e ankandit. Pas përfundimeve te dëshmive gjykata nisi administrimin e provave shkresore dhe materiale. prokuroria kërkoi administrimi si prove te laptopit te Dritan Priftit, USB-së ku ishte bere shkarkimi i videos si dhe i orës kamer , prove kjo qe kundërshtua nga ana e mbrojtjes. Ne fund gjykata ka ndërprere shqyrtimin gjyqësor për te vazhduar ditën e premte me administrim e provave te tjera për te cilat do te shprehet ne një tjetër séance
