Korrektimi i sistemit proporcional rajonal, do te jetë kryefjala e propozimeve që partitë e vogla parlamentare dhe jo parlamentare, do ti kërkojnë dy forcave te mëdha PS-PD. Ne fazën e konkretizimit te propozimeve, LSI, pjese e tryezës se komisionit për reformën zgjedhore, do te ketë gati një draft që do te jete i bazuar mbi rekomandimet e OSBE/ODHIR-it. Petrit Vasili, nënkryetar i kësaj partie, pohon ne një interviste për "Vizion Plus", pse është i domosdoshëm korrektimi ne kushtet kur mandatet nuk janë shpërndare në mënyrë të drejte. Nga ana tjetër aleatet e Partisë Socialiste, do te shkojnë me një draft te përbashkët ne tryezën e reformës zgjedhore. Kjo është konfirmuar nga kreu i PDS Paskal Milo, i cili saktëson se me çfarë do te kenë te bëjnë propozimet e përbashkëta te partive te majta. Por sa garanci ka për reforme gjithëpërfshirëse, ne kushtet kur dy partitë e mëdha, PS dhe PD, kane te drejtën e vetos ne komision. PD dhe PS kane nisur drejt te gjitha partive te vogla nga një letër ku u kërkohet te paraqesin javën e ardhshme, propozimet për ndryshimin e kodit elektoral.
