Inspektorati i Kontrollit te Pasurive ka vene nen hetim disa zyrtare te niveleve te larta për fshehje te pasurive ne bankat e Evropës perëndimore. Mendohet qe ato te jene te depozituara ne formën e llogarive bankare por edhe si asete. Kreu i ILDKP, Adriatik Llalla, ka pranuar se behet fjale për zyrtare ne nivel ministrash dhe zv/ministrash, por pa dashur te japë emra, apo shifra konkrete. Sipas Llallës, zyrtaret kane arritur te sofistikojne dërgimin e transfertave jashtë vendit, duke sjelle vështirësi ne identifikimin e tyre, si pasoje e mungesës se kapaciteteve. Ndërsa ambasadori i BE-se, Ettore Sequi, i pranishëm ne takimin e "PAMECA 3", deklaroi se unioni pret qe fondet qe lëvron për Shqipërinë, te kenë rezultate konkrete. Vetëm vitin qe kaloi, BE i akordoi Shqipërisë një fond prej 90 milionë eurosh, duke u kthyer ne mbështetësin kryesor te projekteve ne vendin tone.
