INSTAT ka nisur një dite me pare verifikimin e saktësisë ne terren te censusit. 106 anketues janë shpërndare ne po kaq zona qe përbejnë 1% te territorit te vendit.
Me një pyetësor prej 11 pyetjesh INSTAT po monitoron ne këtë mënyre punën e 12 mije anketuesve, numrin e familjeve te lëna jashtë procesit apo tjetërsimin e te dhënave nëse ka. Por drejtuesit e tij nuk kane sqaruar se cilat do te jene hapat pasues nëse ky anketim nuk përputhet me atë te tetorit, duke prodhuar një marsh te larte gabimi. INSTAT ka deklaruar se ne mes te dhjetorit pritet te dalin rezultatet e para te censusit. Vetëm pak dite me pare katër minoritete ne vend grek, maqedonas, arumune dhe serbe e kane cilësuar censusin te dështuar dhe kane kërkuar një regjistrim te ri popullsie. Por INSTAT pohon se nuk ka asnjë ankese te depozituar zyrtarisht ne këtë institucion. Por megjithatë hapi i pare ne ketë drejtim është marre nga komuniteti katolik, i cili ka nisur një census te vetin për te evidentuar numrin e sakte te besimtareve, pas deklarimeve se një numër i konsiderueshëm i tyre kane mbetur jashtë procesit.
