Sekretari për çështjet ligjore ne PS Ligjore Fatmir Xhafaj, gjatë një interviste për "Vizion Plus", kritikon demokratet se gjithë këtë proces po e konsiderojnë si çështje kartonësh dhe jo si një marrëveshje që PS e sheh më të gjere se kaq e më gjithëpërfshirës. Fatmir Xhafaj akuzon rivalet politike se nuk kane as strategji dhe as vizion, kur imponojnë votën pa u shqetësuar për vlefshmërinë e ligjeve, për të cilat PS ka depozituar një axhende në Kuvend, për afatet e miratimit te secilit prej tyre. Xhafaj hedh poshtë ekzistencën e dy qëndrimeve brenda PS për ligjet me shumice te cilësuar, duke shtuar se grupi nuk e ka vene në pikëpyetje vlefshmërinë e marrëveshjes.
