Dëmtimi i argjinaturës se lumit Kir ka vene ne alarm si banoret e periferisë se Shkodres, ashtu edhe ato te komunës Gur i Zi, ku kalon. Situata është keqësuar edhe me shume nga gërryerja dhe marrja e inerteve nga subjekte te ndryshme, çka ka devijuar edhe shtratin e lumit. Dhjetëra banesa te lagjes "Tre heronjtë" ne Shkodër, nuk gjenden me shume se 200 metra larg rrjedhës se re te lumit. Drejtues te bordit te kullimit pohojnë se janë ne dijeni te situatës, madje fajësojnë Agjencinë e Mjedisit qe nuk i ka vene fre, gërryerjes se shtretërve te lumenjve. Drejtoria e bordit te kullimit premton se do te ndërhyjë ne pjesët e dëmtuara te argjinaturës e cila është rikonstruktuar vetëm para katër vjetësh. Ndërkohë, i kontaktuar nga "Vizion Plus" drejtori rajonal i Mjedisit ne Shkodër, Liljan Idrizaj, thotë se nuk është ne dijeni te kësaj gjendjeje dhe se do te japë një sqarim vetëm pas verifikimit te specialisteve ne terren.
