Shtohet edhe me shume tensioni ne Fier, pas përplasjes se mazhorances dhe opozitës për kreun e Këshillit te Qarkut.
Qindra anëtarë te Partisë Socialiste, këshilltarë e pushtetarë lokale, përfshirë edhe deputetet socialiste te Fierit, kane bllokuar qe nga ora 09:30 e mëngjesit sallën e Pallatit te Kulturës, qe ishte përgatitur për mbledhjen e thirrur nga prefekti. Gjithçka ndodh vetëm një dite para se Gjykata e Apelit te shprehet lidhur me konstituimin e këtij këshilli, ne krye te te cilit u zgjodh socialisti Vangjel Ndreka. Deputetet kane debatuar me forcat e policisë, qe ishin te shumta ne numër rreth e rrotull godinës, ne pjesën e pasme te se cilës ndodhen edhe zyrat e Prefekturës. Këshilltarët e majte kane grisur njoftimet e prefektit për mbledhjen e Këshillit te Qarkut. Drejtori i policisë se qarkut u ka kërkuar deputeteve dhe protestuesve te largohen nga salla. Nga ana e tij prefekti deklaroi se mbledhja do te zhvillohet, edhe pse dy dite me pare Gjykata e Faktit pezulloi aktin administrativ për mbledhjen e këshillit. Beteja mes socialisteve dhe demokrateve për kreun e këshillit te qarkut ka përfunduar ne dyert e gjykatës. Prefekti e cilësoi te paligjshme mbledhjen ku drejtues u zgjodh socialisti Vangjel Ndreka dhe iu drejtua gjykatës.

In turn the Mayor declared that the meeting will take place, even though two days ago the Court of First Instance suspended administrative act of the council meeting. The battle between socialists and democrats to the county council leader has finished in the doors of the court. Mayor called the meeting illegal where elected socialist leader Vangjel Ndrek and addressed the court.
