Megjithe uljen e planit te mbledhjes se te ardhurave, qeveria shqiptare ka dështuar edhe ne këtë objektiv te reduktuar,duke arritur te vjele rreth 3 miliardë leke te reja me pak taksa ne shtator, krahasuar me te njëjtin muaj te një viti me pare.
E pare ne terma vjetore, ka një mosrealizim te ardhurash prej mbi 7 miliardë lekesh te reja me pak se vitin e kaluar, ose 3.1% me pak para. Zërat me problematike,mbeten serish TVSH, akciza dhe te ardhurat personale. Zyrtare te tatimeve argumentojnë, se situata e reflektuar është paraprire, qe vendi te mos ndikohet nga kriza botërore. Nuredini thote se situata dihet si është, ne e kemi paraprire duke ulur planin duhet te kemi parasysh se kemi te bllokuar prej 5 vitesh sektorin e ndërtimit, një nga sektorët tatimpagues me te mëdhenj ne vend.Ndërkohe ekspertet mendojnë se deficiti buxhetor është rritur, por nuk është reflektuar ne shifra për shkak, se qeveria e ka mbuluar atë me huamarrje te brendshme. Por megjithatë ne dy muajt e fundit te vitit, deficiti do te shfaqet. Me ritmin qe po ecet deficiti buxhetor do te reflektohet, dhe situata do te përkeqësohet sepse te marrësh hua te brendshme do te thotë te cenosh rritjen ekonomike dhe te kesh probleme likuiditeti bankave, etj. Gjate muajit shtator qeveria shqiptare ka ulur shpenzimet me 2.8% krahasuar me një vit me pare. Ndërkohe, deficiti buxhetor është rritur me 5.2%.
